About the Artist
Lael Salaets
Lael Salaets is an artist, Gulf War veteran (USMC), science fiction author and Writers of the Future award winner (Vol. 26.) He studied fine art and design at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, where he was awarded a scholarship and earned an AAS in graphic design. His artwork has been displayed at Maude Kerns Art Center in Eugene.
